arrangement thereof) are owned by Metal Dogs, its licensors, or
other providers of such material and are protected by Australian
and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and
other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Metal
Dogs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express
or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information,
content, materials, or products included on the Site.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metal Dogs will not be

Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental,
