We offer both free and express shipping options to make things simple for you. Every order is handmade with love in our Australian workshop to create something as special as your pup.

Orders are ready in 4 to 7 days, carefully packed and shipped with a surprise gift just for you.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it.

Returns & Refunds

Please note, items must be unused and in their original condition unless they’re damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
